When you have a terrible day

When your either mad at friends, friends are mad at you, or your day is just not going so well, this is what I do. You should try it.



1. When you get home, talk to people that make you happy, and have them make you laugh.
2. Watch your favorite t.v. show and snuggle with your dog. I love my dog. :)
3. Eat your favorite dinner, and make your parents make it for you.
4. Take a bubble bath!! It make you feel so relived and stress just melts away! :P
5. Get a lot of sleep. You will be able to think about why your day wasn't the best, and how you can make it better.
